Adli was born and raised in Sabah and has over 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Through years of hands-on exposure, he developed a strong belief that at the right price, anything can sell — a principle that later shaped his approach to real estate.

Driven by a deep understanding of value, pricing, and market behaviour, Adli eventually decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. In 2019, he began selling and renting properties in Kota Kinabalu, assisting both homeowners and investors in navigating the local property market. By 2025, he made a strategic decision to focus primarily on New Development Projects, allowing him to provide deeper insights, clearer comparisons, and stronger long-term value for his clients.

Meeting clients and delivering real, tangible value has always been Adli’s top priority. He strongly believes that business is fundamentally about helping others solve problems. Beyond buying and selling properties, Adli actively supports clients in addressing debt-related challenges, including the use of property strategies and debt consolidation to improve their overall financial position.

Outside of work, Adli enjoys watching movies and reading books related to business, self-enrichment, and personal development. He is a firm believer in lifelong learning and consistently invests in himself by attending seminars and industry events every year to sharpen his insights and expand his knowledge.

Looking ahead, Adli plans to build his own company focused on real estate business and investment. He is also passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with a wider audience, with the goal of helping more people make smarter financial and property decisions through education and practical guidance.
